Here at FIT, we strive to ship all orders within 1–3 business days of placing your order with us. Shipping takes place Monday through Friday. Delays may occur during new product launches, promotional events, and holidays. If you have not received any shipment notification to your email after this time, please reach out to support@fitnessprotein.shop.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. FIT customer service is available weekdays by email at support@fitnessprotein.shop. We do our very best to respond to all support emails within 48 hours.

International Orders
For international orders, you as a customer are responsible for knowing what your customs and duties are for import. Any additional fees, taxes, or duties imposed by your country's customs authority are the sole responsibility of the customer. FIT is not liable for any delays caused by customs processing.

Damaged Items
We work hard to ensure that all items arrive in perfect condition; however, damage can occasionally occur during transit. If any of your items are damaged on arrival, please reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible at support@fitnessprotein.shop to set up a return or replacement.
