All returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your shipment. To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition. They must be returned in the original packaging with all tags attached. Supplement products must be unopened and in original condition.
Please note that all Markdown and Sale items are final sale — no exchanges or returns will be accepted on sale items. Additionally, gift cards, downloadable PDFs, eBooks, and digital workouts are non-refundable. Limited edition products are not available for refund or exchange due to limited quantities.
Returns and Exchanges Process
Refunds or exchanges are issued only after the items have been received and inspected by our team. Please ensure your order number is attached to the package when shipping it back to us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
